Justice Court hires vendor for data export to migrate records back to 2000

Sherman County Court approved a contract with Chaves Consulting Inc. on April 15 to create a data export program that will move legacy Justice Court records into a new software system. Justice of the Peace Shandie Johnson told the Court that staff need the migration because older files do not import into the newly adopted Justice Court software and the office lacks capacity to manually reenter historic records.
