The Union County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved a six-month lease with Nerd Mentality to occupy classrooms in the Riviera Activity Center, effective April 1, 2026. Administrative Officer Shelley Burgess presented the proposed agreement on March 18, noting the term includes a six-month review and allows for two optional one-year extensions. The board approved the motion (moved by Commissioner Jake Seavert; seconded by Commissioner Paul Anderes).
