The Village Board on Dec. 10 authorized a $10,000 transfer from the General Fund to a segregated NOW checking account for the RDA Downtown Business Grant Program. Director Rankin explained that Resolution 2025-13 created the account but did not include startup funds; the RDA asked for the $10,000 working capital and committed to reimburse the Village when the program concludes.
