Jessica Metta, director of Mid-Columbia Economic Development District (MCEDD), told Sherman County Court on July 15 that MCEDD is preparing to launch a Selection Committee to oversee distribution of the Biglow Solar agricultural mitigation fund and asked the Court to confirm the appointment process and timeline.
