At the Aug. 19 Marion County Board of Commissioners session the board approved its consent agenda and took one action vote: approval of an intergovernmental agreement with the City of Salem. The consent agenda included an order declaring a breach of a land sale contract for 252 Juneva Place S.E., a notice of a hearings officer decision for CU/P Case #26-015 (Ellen and Greg Wilt), and Amendment #1 to the Colton Construction contract adding $218,387.40 and extending the term to Oct. 30, 2026.
