Community Development Director Brent Bybee informed the Planning Commission that the City received two housing grants: one for the Cagle Infill Project and another for a Housing Code Audit. Bybee said the RFP period for each project closed with a single applicant, and staff are preparing scopes of work so the selected consultant will carry out most tasks because City staffing is limited.
