Council approved several code amendments in the meeting's unfinished business. Ordinance 34-2026 enacts Chapter 1178 (Architectural and Site Design Standards for Residential Development); Ordinance 35-2026 removes Chapter 1182 (Blight Control); and Ordinance 36-2026 amends Chapter 1186 (Nuisances). Each motion was moved, seconded and recorded as "all in favor."
