Committee chairs and working-group members gave a series of operational updates. Kris B. described the challenges of categorizing lava lots and requested the original lava-lot list from a past board member so assessments can be standardized. Jim F. said building the members' list for CC&R bylaw voting is complex because County data-entry is backlogged and ballot processing must be completed before results are reported.
