The Elkhart County highway department presented a task order with Lochmuller Group to replace Bridge 339 (on County Road 48 over Solomon Creek). Kyle Wagner described the task order as a not-to-exceed amount of $311,030 and said it is related to an earlier independent contractor agreement dated Oct. 6, 2025.
