The Raymore City Council unanimously approved Bill 4047 on Aug. 24, granting Cass County Public Water Supply District No. 10 a conditional use permit to build and operate a water tower south of 195th Street. The ordinance was read by the city clerk as "An ordinance of the city of Raymore, Missouri approving a conditional use permit to Cass County Public Water Supply District number 10 to construct and operate a water tower south of 195th Street in Raymore, Cass County, Missouri." The item passed on its second reading without further discussion.
