S4, a resident, warned that the Canal Community would be among the hardest hit neighborhoods and said that displacement there would be large-scale. "Our most impacted community will be the Canal Community, which is already a place where there is, a huge housing scarcity, And, by that neighborhood and community being impacted 1st, we would see displacement on a large scale," S4 said.
