Barber County canvass: commissioners count provisional ballots from Aug. 4 primary
On Aug. 11 the board recessed to canvass the Aug. 4, 2026 primary. During the canvass they voted to count nine provisional ballots as yes and one as no. The board signed the book of voters cast and adjourned the canvass at 12:33 p.m.

The Barber County Board of Commissioners recessed its regular session at 10:00 a.m. on Aug. 11 to begin the canvass of the Aug. 4, 2026 primary election. The board recorded a motion, moved by Commissioner Mills and seconded by Commissioner Roe, to count provisional ballots as recommended: nine provisional ballots were recorded as "yes" and one provisional ballot as "no." The motion carried.
