The Orleans Zoning Board of Adjustment voted 4-0 on July 16, 2025, to deny Application #6-25-1-V, a variance requested by Andrew and Lori Kondrath for their property at 562 252nd Avenue. The applicants sought permission to build a 30-foot by 32-foot (960 sq. ft.) addition that would result in a proposed rear-yard setback of approximately 15.16 feet, short of the 25-foot requirement in Section 6.5 of the Orleans Zoning Ordinance.
