The Board approved a construction contract by and between Highpoint Partners LLC and Kay County for construction of Bridge 49 over Duck Creek in District 2. Commissioner Jason Shanks stated he will use County Bridge and Road Improvement (CBRI) funds to pay for the project; the motion carried unanimously.
