Melody Braswell presented quotes for codifying the Town's ordinances and recommended awarding the project to Municode, which staff found easiest to navigate and less costly when legal review is separated from the codification quote. Braswell noted that codification is required by state law for towns with populations over 5,000 and that Municode will incorporate updates one to two times per year.
