Committee to seek replacement pricing after traffic‑controller error; attorney says rules must be waived

Committee members discussed a miscommunication during the Harrison/US‑20 project in which Helm Construction sold traffic light controllers that had been inside the cabinet at the Harrison intersection by the mall. Interim Public Works Director Andy Wesseln reported the error and the committee reached consensus to place replacement‑equipment pricing on the Village Board agenda.
