After extended debate and an initial tie vote that required the Mayor to break the tie, Council ultimately appointed Michael Wiercinski to a longer term and Don Murphy to fill an unexpired term on the Cambridge Waterfront Development board; Council also recommended other applicants be considered for subcommittees.
