At its May 12 meeting, the King City Council approved the consent calendar (items A–G), which included an Implementation and Mutual Indemnity Agreement between the City and CHISPA as part of an Affordable Housing Sustainable Communities Grant related to the Mills Ranch Affordable Housing Program. "Motion to approve consent agenda items A -G by Avalos seconded by DeLeon," the minutes record. The motion passed with Mayor Mike LeBarre, Mayor Pro Tem Carlos DeLeon, Councilmembers Carlos Victoria and Oscar Avalos voting yes; Councilmember Rob Cullen was absent.
