Council approved a $41,800 Carroll Engineering contract for a comprehensive parking study, accepted a CDBG change order for Jefferson & Lemon Streets to use unspent grant allocation for sidewalk/ADA improvements, and awarded the 2026 road program bid to AF Damon Co. for $130,920.
