During the citizens and council comments portion of the Feb. 10 meeting, Jeff Smith, a resident of Dyer, raised concerns about pothole repairs in town. Mayor Eddie Hills responded that "the town would apply a temporary cold patch to address the issue" and that the council would consider scheduling permanent hot patch repairs during the summer when weather conditions are more suitable.
