Lyman schedules Jan. 26 workshop as consultant outlines proposed comprehensive-plan revisions

Eric Jensen of EJ Municipal presented proposed revisions to Lyman’s comprehensive plan for the council on Jan. 13, 2026, urging changes to accommodate growth and to clarify transportation funding. Jensen recommended expanding the Town’s urban-growth area to allow more residential development adjacent to current town boundaries and said the Transportation Element needs a fuller discussion of funding approaches after feedback from the Skagit Council of Governments.
