Muskogee County Clerk posts $367,058 in claims; purchase order count at 100

The Muskogee County Clerk’s printed Expense Verification Report for Aug. 24, 2026, lists approved claims of $367,058.10 for a single claims batch and shows a purchase-order count of 100. County Clerk Polly Irving certified the report, which records fund-level encumbrances and paid amounts across General, Highway, Jail, Rural Fire and other county funds.

The batch detail shows $351,758.36 paid with net adjustments of ($15,299.74). The report lists a mix of small department invoices (office supplies, utilities, travel reimbursements) and larger items such as road-repair and equipment purchases. The header of the printout states: "These claims approved in the amount indicated as of 08/24/2026," a certification printed with the clerk’s output and signatory block attributed to Polly Irving.

Among the fund subtotals, the Highway fund shows $30,741.37 encumbered with $25,890.75 paid; Sheriff-ST totals are $86,072.04 encumbered and $85,517.41 paid. The document also shows Excess Resale Property refunds totaling $102,839.12 (multiple small refund warrants). The printout indicates a Purchase Order Count of 100 for the batch.
