At a public comment slot, Robert Charbonneau, trustee for Heritage Acres, told the commission he supports a conservative cap—"a limit of 10" RVs on larger R‑5 parcels—but urged removing a proposed 30‑day accumulative time limit, saying "it just seems very difficult to manage."
