St. Paul council tables discussion on policy improvements
On July 13 the council voted to table agenda item 6.3 (policy improvements); no policy changes were adopted and the item will return to a future agenda.

Agenda item 6.3, described as discussion and possible direction to staff on policy improvements, was tabled by motion of Mr. Dryden, seconded by Mr. Simmons. The motion carried and no substantive direction or policy changes were adopted at the July 13 meeting.
