Superintendent Robin reported operational impacts from recent weather and the district's response. "In 2026 through the end of July, we've had 23.67 inches of rain, a 59% increase," Robin said, and described higher treatment volumes: annual average plant flow rose from about 6.34 million gallons per day in 2025 to 8.03 million gpd in 2026 (a 27% increase), with June–July averages rising to 9.67 million gpd (a 59% increase compared with the same period in 2025). Robin also described how three mobile generators were used to keep 13 lift stations from overflowing during the August storm, and staff credited operators for proactive steps that prevented overflows.
