Supervisors approved three Secondary Roads staffing changes: Chris Hayzlett to Operator 2 (effective June 18), Matt Svoboda to Sign Crew-Operator 2 (effective July 15), and Hunter Snyder to Operator 2 with a salary increase to $28.16 per union contract (effective Aug. 10, 2026).

The Board approved several personnel changes in the Secondary Roads department during its Aug. 17 meeting. The minutes record: Chris Hayzlett promoted to Operator 2 effective June 18, 2026; Matt Svoboda moved to Sign Crew-Operator 2 effective July 15, 2026; and Hunter Snyder advanced to Operator 2 with a salary increase to $28.16 per the union contract effective Aug. 10, 2026.
