The Tenaha ISD board entered executive session under Texas Government Code §§551.074 (personnel) and 551.072 (real property) and returned to open session. After discussion in executive session, the board authorized the superintendent to notify participants of their responsibilities for the district guardian program. The motion to authorize notification was made by Robert Barton, seconded by Cicily Cross‑Blair, and passed with six yes votes and one absence recorded (Eugene Bowden).
