The board approved a revised professional services agreement with Banning Engineering for construction‑related services on the J.S. McCarty Phase 2 drain reconstruction on the north side of Clarksville. Staff explained that the contract the board previously signed did not include utility coordination and that Banning had not yet signed; the revised contract incorporates the utility services and must be executed by Banning before it is in force.
