Hamilton County Drainage Board staff introduced a preliminary variance request from Stepworth and Associates to allow filling in a portion of the Williams Creek regulated drain floodplain for the Vine property, located just north of I‑465 off Hussey Lane. Staff said the submission requests a variance from ordinance 9‑26‑16(a) and will be forwarded to the board’s third‑party reviewer, Christopher Burke, before the board takes a final vote.
