Superintendent Dr. Hattrick led team-development exercises and reflections on earlier training with Vince Adams. Board members said they wanted follow-up work on shorthand items such as clarifying acronyms, improving understanding of Robert’s Rules of Order, and better communication about changes at school sites; members were invited to a staff Welcome Back Event on August 21.
