The Comal ISD Board went into closed session to conduct the superintendent's summative evaluation and discuss a contract amendment. The board reconvened to open session and on a motion by Tim Hennessee, seconded by Jason York, approved the contract amendment to the superintendent's employment contract as discussed in closed session; the motion carried 7–0.
