Willie Alexander (S1) told the board he is preparing to build an attached garage and asked trustees to add three specific land-use code questions to the next board packet: (1) whether an attached garage is considered an accessory structure under the town’s land-use code; (2) whether stormwater-management rules exempt accessory structures from certain requirements; and (3) whether the code still requires a registered/ professional geologist report for grading and rock cut work and what the state means by 'professional geologist.'
