Sarah Brugger asked the committee for authorization to enter into or renew a contract with a contractor to carry out septic system installations under the county's replacement program while staff completes procurement. "At this time, we are requesting that authorization, as they are working through the procurement process at this time, and, we would like to keep this moving," she said.
