During the May 19 meeting the board approved a resolution addressing surety claims with Merchants Bonding Company for a stair replacement project and authorized the superintendent to sign any necessary paperwork in a form approved by legal counsel. The motion to approve the resolution was moved by Carl Brown, seconded by Henry Moreno, and recorded as "Passed. Yea: 6, Nay: 0, Absent: 1."
