A motion to approve Policy #830 (Guidelines for Public Use of School Facilities) was rescinded when the updated policy language was not attached to meeting materials.

During the curriculum and policy portion of the April 21 meeting the board considered Policy #830, Guidelines for Public Use of School Facilities. A motion to approve the policy was made by Steven Bont and seconded by Tashina Raygor, but after further discussion and the absence of the updated policy attachment the maker rescinded his motion.
