The commission reviewed a major site plan for two Baptist Church parcels (520 and 498 King George Road) that proposed adding 38 parking spaces and installing bioretention basins and other stormwater controls. A committee member reported the project meets updated DEP standards and climate-change storm metrics and that the proposed basins and design would reduce flow rates for multiple storm return intervals.
