The Board of Trustees of Devine ISD met in a called session on May 13, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. with Nancy Pepper, Keri James and Alixana Buvinghausen present. Nancy Pepper told the record that "a quorum of board members was present, that this meeting had been duly called, and that notice of this meeting had been posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551."
