The posted agenda records that the July meeting was reposted and postponed to Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. "Due to emergency flooding conditions." The minutes for the July 10 session record that approximately 10 people attended in person and zero participated via Google Meet. Vice President Luther Light called the meeting to order at 5:31 p.m. and established a quorum of three members in person.
