At its Feb. 10 meeting the Ruidoso Municipal School District Board approved an agreement involving the district, the Public School Facilities Authority (PSFA) and design professional ASA Architects for Ruidoso High School. Vice President Luther Light moved for approval; Member Elizabeth Potter seconded the motion, which carried unanimously 5–0.
