Cahokia board authorizes multiple MOUs and facilities agreements, OKs pilot program and roof RFP
The board authorized MOUs and agreements with CDSS and Southwestern Illinois College, an apparel deal with BSN/Under Armour, an educational affiliation with SIU Carbondale, an Ameren electric agreement for the new Cahokia High School at 815 Camp Jackson, approved Jackie Joyner-Kersee pilot for 2025–26, and accepted an RFP from Missouri Builders for Maplewood roof repairs planned for summer 2026.

The board authorized a range of intergovernmental and vendor agreements. Approvals included: a Memorandum of Understanding with Community Development Sustainable Solutions (CDSS); an amended Running Start intergovernmental cooperation agreement with Southwestern Illinois College to increase student meal costs; an apparel agreement with BSN Sports and Under Armour; a client service agreement with Agape Therapies (pending legal review); and an educational affiliation agreement with Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
