Ruidoso High School's proposal to exceed New Mexico Activities Association eligibility criteria was approved unanimously by the board on Aug. 12. Vice President Luther Light moved for approval and Member Elizabeth Potter seconded; the meeting minutes record that "all members - aye" and the motion carried.
