Superintendent David Hill told the Board on May 8 that the District received a Freedom of Information Act request from Abbas Khan, CEO of Inovo AI LLC, on April 28, 2025. The request sought the district's purchase records from Jan. 1, 2022 to the present, including vendor numbers/IDs, vendor names, purchase identifiers (PO or invoice/check numbers), purchase dates, line‑item descriptions, quantities and prices.
