The Aztec Municipal School District No. 2 Board of Education adopted the FY2526 Education Tech Note Necessity Resolution (ETN) at a special meeting on Sept. 11, 2025. Superintendent Lauren Laws recommended that the board adopt the resolution; Board Secretary Laci Newland moved to adopt and Board Member Amanda Sutherland seconded. The motion passed by a unanimous roll-call vote of the five board members present.
