Commission votes to recommend Christopher Nolan for reappointment

Staff informed the commission that Christopher Nolan's term on the Code Commission is expiring and that the commission may make a recommendation to the Speaker of the House. Nolan said, "I've enjoyed my time on the commission and, would like to at least be considered for continuing that until, such time as the speaker makes a decision." The commission moved, seconded and voted to recommend Nolan for reappointment; the Speaker of the House retains authority to make the appointment.
