Virginia Electoral Board Association asks commission to consider recodifying elections code (24.2)
Luke Priti, representing the Virginia Electoral Board Association, delivered a letter urging the commission to take up recodification of Title 24.2 (elections). Commissioners agreed to add discussion of next recodification targets to the next agenda and take the request under advisement.

Luke Priti of Legislative Strategies Group, speaking for the Virginia Electoral Board Association, asked the commission to consider making Title 24.2 (elections) the next code section for recodification and offered the association's help. "We have many members that are interested in getting to work and help you all get this done should you pick it up," Priti said.
