DLS staff updated the commission on the Title 30 recodification. "So I'm gonna update you all on the title 30 recodification. It did technically pass, but it does have a reenactment clause on it," a staff member said, explaining the measure will need to return next year. The bill included an enactment clause directing the code commission to form a work group with clerks to address concerns raised during session.
