The Gunnison County Board of County Commissioners voted 2-1 not to hold an additional public hearing on the Major Impact Sketch Plan LUC-25-00004 (Lower Verzuh Ranch). The board nevertheless postponed a final decision until its Aug. 18, 2026 regular meeting.
