Collin McCloskey, founder and president of Bridges not Barriers Foundation, addressed the Fulton County Board of Commissioners during the public comment period to introduce his organization and its services. McCloskey said he currently facilitates a free weekly peer support group in McConnellsburg and asked the county to consider partnerships to provide "recovery support, reentry assistance, mental health advocacy, resource navigation and community partnerships."
