Board approves consent agenda, moves forward with policy rule development

The board approved the consent agenda after confirming no items were to be removed, with the chair calling for a motion and the assembly responding "Aye." Later in the meeting the board carried a motion to name the Wesley Chapel High School Field House for Coach John Castlemeier. The board also approved a notice to begin rule development on the district's school board rules, policies and plans (referred to as 2627 school board rules) so staff can initiate the rulemaking process.
