At its Aug. 25 meeting, the Town of Falmouth Planning Board closed the public hearing for a special permit application by 28 Falmouth Heights Road LLC and voted to grant relief to allow parking within the front yard and within five feet of a property line. The motion read into the record described the request as "to allow parking in the front yard and parking within 5 feet of a property line at 28 Falmouth Heights Road," and cited the relevant sections of the zoning bylaw.
